About Us

Moreau Fitness are our locally owned gyms in Zachary and Central, LA. Since we are a locally owned gym, we have the flexibility to utilize our center as we see fit. We are unique in that we cater to the general gym go-er, the sports performance enhancer, the aquatic pool lover, and more. Our equipment selection is top-notch to allow our members to reach their fitness goals in a safe, fun, versatile way. The best thing about our gym, though, is our members. Workout Plans & Program Designs

Are you needing a little guidance on what you should be doing while at the gym? This is a perfect solution for you!

What’s included?

-Initial goal assessment prior to first session

-2 program designs to do on alternating days

-1 hour session to review exercise prescription

We recommend a new program design every six weeks, based on your personal goals.


Fitness Check Ins

Born and raised in St. Amant, Louisiana. I began my studies at Nicholls State University in the fall of 2018. While there, I joined Cross-fit and became very interested in learning the mechanics of the body and health and fitness. After finding my passion for a fit and healthy lifestyle for myself, I quickly realized I wanted to be able to guide others in the direction they choose to take to become the healthiest version of themselves.

Claire believes that everyone has their own personal struggles within themselves, whether it is physical or mental, and is an advocate for overcoming those struggles through creating a healthy mind and body. She hopes the time that she spends working with others not only allows them to release and let go of negativity, and reach their desired goals, but most of all, be proud of who and where you are in the moment!

Katelyn developed an early passion for health & fitness as she was a multi-sport athlete growing up. She has been working as a trainer, and program director since graduating college. She believes in applying behavioral, motivational, and exercise strategies to individuals to help improve their overall health and wellness.  Her gift is to work with all levels of clientele and make them feel comfortable to work in the body they are in. Katelyn enjoys taking long drives, the outdoors, and chasing after her two young sons.
