Ben believes in an integrated and functional approach to training. He believes in function over speed and weight. Ben puts an emphasis on correct alignment/body posture, balance, flexibility, and creating a strong overall body – both physically and mentally. Ben has competed in multiple Triathlons, Tough Mudder, Adventure Races, Warrior Dash, 10K’s & 5K’s. He understands that every client has different requirements and objectives. Ben is well-versed in acclimating workouts to enable all clients to achieve their individual fitness goals – RESULTS BASED TRAINING! From the young to the young at heart.
With over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, including placing in power-lifting and fitness competitions. I really believe it’s important to make exercise a part of your lifestyle. I enjoy being a teacher, teaching kickboxing classes, running outside, golfing and spending time with my fiancé, Beau. Together we enjoy traveling to the mountains, beach, and bayou!
