Spectrum Central is the 24 hour one stop for all of your fitness and health care needs in the city of Central. We offer some the hottest group exercise classes like Spinning, Kickboxing, PiYo, and Group Power, and Semi Private Training customized for each client. Workout Plans & Program Designs

Are you needing a little guidance on what you should be doing while at the gym? This is a perfect solution for you!

What’s included?

-Initial goal assessment prior to first session

-2 program designs to do on alternating days

-1 hour session to review exercise prescription

We recommend a new program design every six weeks, based on your personal goals.


Fitness Check Ins

An early discovery of the impact of exercise and eating well had in my own life, inspired me to become a fitness professional. The more I learned and put into practice, the more I wanted others to experience these benefits. Over the years my passion has evolved to people moving well with proper form and exercise progression based on individualized movement screening.

Believing that each person is uniquely created, it is my passion to connect with each person to help find their innermost “why” for reaching their desired goals.
